Mimecast Global MSP Program Director
Josh is an accomplished senior strategy, operations, and programs leader with over 20 years' experience in leading and supporting large-scale business transformation, process re-engineering, software development, and channel partner programs while building and launching global service delivery operations for hyper-growth markets involving SaaS-based solutions and platforms. His experience in the technology, healthcare, and travel sectors has given Josh the opportunity to work in varying roles including but not limited to revenue operations, strategic planning, policy development, technology services, and operating unit creation. Josh joined Mimecast as the Global MSP Program Leader. He is responsible for redefining and delivering the new Mimecast Partner ONE MSP Program in alignment with Mimecast's Partner First company strategy. Josh is excited to lead the evolution of the Mimecast partner experiences and program capabilities and is passionate about enhancing customer security posture through MSP partnerships.
