We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards to ensure our services are accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Our approach
We understand that accessibility isn't a one-off activity. Instead, we integrate accessibility throughout the lifecycle of products. We do this by following our framework:
- Prepare: Accessibility requirements are prepared before design and development
- Review: Continuous reviews occur during design, development and testing
- Prevent: New issues are prevented from being released to production
- Monitor: Ensure existing products are kept accessible
- Act: Issues in production are prioritized and resolved
